Vacuum
Collector: Heat Pipe Collector |
|
|
 |
Heat Pipe
Collector uses highly efficient vacuum tube as the absorber, each
glass tube is fitted with an aluminum contact fin which serves
to be the heat transfer contact and also fixes the heat pipe
against inner wall of the glass tube. The heat pipe is
evacuated and filled with minimum heat transfer liquid which is
frost proof, heat will be transferred from heat pipe evaporator
to condenser, then transfer to the liquid in the solar loop.
Heat pipe collector header comprises
one copper main pipe, in contact with each heat pipe to transfer
the heat. |
|
|
|
The
header is insulated with polyurethane
foam and encased with an UV stabilized
aluminum profile.
Heat pipe collector can be used either forced circulation or natural
circulation system, both ways can ensure the optimum thermal
performance of
the whole system. HP-16 collector header structure and material are able to
withstand stagnation without damage, if stagnation does happen. |
